Objective

Obtain brand awareness and acquire first-time buyers for the largest food delivery service in the U.S., which launched in Japan in June 2021, in areas where the service is available.

Outcome

We ran awareness ads and optimized performance-based ads each day, resulting in the conversion rate of performance-based ads improving by approximately 3.5 times over six months compared to before the awareness ads were launched.
