Objective

Increase international brand recognition for client’s cross-border e-commerce platform in 11 countries and drive sales.

Challenge

Outside the Asian market, the client had very low brand recognition and was up against an oligopoly of competitors, such as Amazon.

Our Solution

We used Google’s dynamic remarketing advertisement (GDR). In addition, we fed an enormous quantity of the client’s product data to Google using Productsup, a third-party service provider, before a product listing ad (PLA) was delivered. Lastly, we developed thorough remarketing measures utilizing Facebook’s dynamic ads (DPA).

Outcome

Utilizing the client’s cross-border e-commerce platform as the final KPI, the purchase (ROAS) was achieved almost every month for 6 months. For the next steps, will continue to propose numerical values and indicators that exceed the current target.
